As the strategic data pillar of The Brandtech Group, we offer services that combine strategy consulting, cloud services, media consulting and customer experience.

We are made up of over +400 digital experts. Digital consultants, tracking and media specialists, engineers and data scientists all work in close collaboration to provide senior-level marketing consultancy and technical support to our clients, in every type of industry, all around the world.

As a partner to advertisers from data collection to activation and exploitation, we help organizations become truly omnichannel entities that control the efficiency of their digital ecosystem and its synergies with the physical world.
- Headquartered in Paris, we operate across 3 time zones from our 10 offices, located in Paris, London, Geneva, Milan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Taipei, Singapore and New York._

As Head of Office, you will be responsible for:

- Running our Milan office during its inception stage with the support from our regional offices in Paris and Geneva
- Execute and update our business plan for the market, develop ambitious account plans and monitor sales performance
- Ensuring the successful delivery of projects, quality of the pitches/proposals/deliverables and overall customer satisfaction
- Building a team of consultants in Milan to help deliver projects and develop new business opportunities
- Handling communication with our clients and collaboration with the local office of our technology partners

Education & Experience
- Master's degree (business, engineering) or equivalent diploma from top tier university
- 8-10 years experience in consulting firms or digital/media agency with solid client-facing and business development experience (more senior profiles will be considered as Head of Office)
- Solid experience in project management in an international context with both business and technology stakeholders

Skills & Interests
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, Italian native, fluent in English, French is a plus
- Good understanding of web analytics, media performance as well as cloud for marketing performance ideally
- Very strong knowledge of the adtech/martech landscape (players and trends)
- Strong analytical mindset, proven problem-solving skills
- Team player and demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong interest in new technologies and digital transformation
- Past experience or good knowledge of the luxury, CPG and automotive industries

You will report to a Managing Director based in Europe.
