Headquartered in Italy, IRCA Group has a strong track record of growth over the last decade, with 22 manufacturing facilities all over the world, 2000+ employee and €1 billion of revenues. **Purpose of Position**: Ambassador of IRCA quality products who takes care of the management of the "Demo" activities in collaboration with the marketing office, from the planning to the practice in front of the customer. In collaboration with Sales, the aim is to demonstrate how best to use the wide range of IRCA semi-finished products and obtain the best finished product ever. The goal is to ensure continuous support to our customers using IRCA products daily. **Description of main Activities /responsibilities**: - Organization: coordination with: - Marketing department to develop the guideline established at corporate level - Sales colleagues to plan demonstration based on: - o Client’s interest - o Presentation / launch of new products - Practical activity: directly to clients and/or at our Academy - illustration of the characteristics of the individual products - explanation of techniques for the best use of semi-finished products - creation of recipes - Technical support: In addition to the "Demo" activity, she/he will support the customer daily in case of: - problems and/or difficulties in using our products - need to balance ingredients in individual recipes **Professional and Personal skills**: - **Education **Preferred background in technical education - **Professional Skills **Knowledge of pastry, chocolate, bakery and ice cream basis - ** Experiences **5+ years as pastry chef - **Language Skills **Proficient English is mandatory. - **Computer Skills **MS Office - ** Behavioural requirements**: - Excellent communication and relationship skills - Proven propensity for organization and planning - Proactivity - Creativity - Teamworking
