Gi Group spa, Filiale di Dalmine, cerca per prestigiosa azienda di Grassobbio, un/una HR Junior Administration Specialist.
DESCRIZIONE.
**La risorsa si occuperà di**:
fornire supporto nella gestione amministrativa del personale (assunzioni, cessazioni, variazioni di livello o mansioni, comunicazioni obbligatorie, ecc);
gestione degli stage;
controllo delle timbrature e gestione delle assenze e/o malattie;
collaborazione in progetti connessi al mondo HR a livello nazionale ed internazionale;
supporto nello sviluppo di soluzioni digitali connesse al mondo HR.
**REQUISITI**:
Laurea in Economia/Giurisprudenza;
buona conoscenza del diritto del lavoro e del CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria;
buona conoscenza di Zucchetti;
conoscenza della lingua inglese;
orientamento al risultato e proattività.
**Contratto**: stage/inserimento in somministrazione,
**Orario**: full time.
**Sede di lavoro**: Grassobbio (BG)
