Junior HR Generalist

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno della start up della nuova funzione Human Resources.
In particolare, la figura si occuperà di:
- Screening CV e supporto al processo di hiring;
- Aiutare l’HR Manager e la consulenza esterna nella trasformazione culturale della struttura;
- Gestire i contratti di assunzione, cessazione, trasformazione;
- Gestire le comunicazioni ai dipendenti;
- Controllare/inserire ferie/permessi/smartworking/malattie/infortuni.
Requisiti:
- Conoscenza dei principali processi e procedure aziendali;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office;
- Interesse per modelli organizzativi e per tutto il mondo HR;
- Titolo di studio preferenziale: laurea in discipline economico/psicologico/gestionali.
- Capacità di problem solving e orientamento all’obiettivo;
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione;
- Predisposizione al lavoro in gruppo;
- Atteggiamento proattivo.
