Our Corporate Office bundles all construction, design, administrative and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel. The Group's central Finance & Controlling department is responsible for the Group's accounting, invoicing and payments as well as monthly and annual financial statements.

**Trust us, you won't get bored, as you**:

- are an important part of an exciting and versatile team
- lead the administrative support for our hotel in Florence and be the contact person for the hotel manager
- participate in coordination with our external service providers (e.g. accounting, system providers)
- support with accounting tasks (including all cash registers and other information systems)
- take care of invoice management (debtors and creditors) and payments
- work on the preparation of reporting for management and our investors
- support the management and further development of commercial structures, processes and systems

**We've been waiting for you, since you have/are**:

- successfully completed hotel-specific training and/or have a degree in the commercial sector
- gained professional experience in the hotel industry, ideally in the field of finance / controlling / accounting and in the Italian market
- good knowledge of internal accounting as well as basic knowledge of financial accounting, balance sheet accounting, controlling and inventory management
- entrepreneurial thinking and behavior as well as strong analytical, commercial and quantitative understanding are among your strengths
- work conscientiously, independently and with the right level of detail orientation
- a high level of loyalty and confidentiality
- knowledge of accounting systems, good Excel skills and are comfortable working digitally
- fluent in Italian and English and ideally have knowledge of the German language
