You will be part of the Sourcing Excellence Purchasing team, based in our Milan headquarters, and will support your team in global projects and activities in the area of compliance and sustainability.

As a Purchasing intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and project management, by working closely with our experienced procurement specialists.

More specifically, the activities you will be involved in as support are:

- Elaborating and monitoring data of Compliance KPIs related to the procurement process (rules, procedures, policies);
- Collecting and reporting data related to the Supplier Qualification Process;
- Monitoring the Contract Archiving Process;
- Planning, monitoring and reporting the Cash Flow improvement and Cost Reduction initiatives;
- Monitoring, reporting and updating the Purchasing Dashboard KPIs;
- Processing and monitoring data related to the Sustainability KPIs;
- Supporting the team during the phases of sourcing process;
- Launching, monitoring and reporting ESG Audit campaign data.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related fields;
- Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1, written and oral);
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team;
- A high level of enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude;
- Confidence and familiarity with data.
