ING Bank sta ricercando un/una Stageur da inserire all’interno del CoE di Strategic Planning & Business Control, nel team Commissioning & Third Parties Management - Mandates.

**Obiettivi di stage**:

- Affiancarsi nelle attività di On Boarding dei Venditori della Banca, per mappare tutte le fasi del processo sottoelencate, che possono richiedere il coinvolgimento anche di altre aree della Banca:
Recruiting-
Formazione-
Business Partners Due Diligence (BPDD) in fase di onboarding e di periodic review-
Assegnazione pacchetto contrattuale-
Data entry nel tool di fatturazione-
Assegnazione codici operativi sui sistemi Banca-
Iscrizione ente Enasarco-
Gestione cessazioni-
Attività amministrative correlate-
- Affiancarsi nelle attività di gestione documentale per le i Venditori della Banca per razionalizzarne le destinazioni d’uso, organizzando i vari format utili alle varie destinazioni d’uso.**Requisiti richiesti e soft skills**:
- Diploma di scuola superiore e/o Laurea-
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Ecel, Word e Power Point)-
- Ottime capacità analitiche, comunicative e organizzative-
- Proattività e orientamento al risultato-
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata**Durata**:Contratto di stage di 6 mesi (rinnovabile)
