We are looking for an upbeat and engaged Inside Sales Specialist to join the team in our Prato office

Inside Sales Specialist (back office)

location in Prato, starting as early as possible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Registration and independent management of orders
- Creation of individual offers (calculation) and their follow-up
- Supervision, management and monitoring of payments
- Close cooperation with other relevant supply chain departments to ensure correct customer information
- Close collaboration and support with the Area Sales Managers
- Active contact with agents and customers
- Processing of complaints

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- We are looking for a dynamic, versatile person who wants to learn and acquire new skills and abilities.
- Commercial training and experience in a sales environment & a background in the têxtile industry
- and an understanding of knitting and weaving technology are beneficial but not binding.
- Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English Consolidated management of the MS Office package, ideally knowledge of ERP systems in the sales area
- Organizational skills, team working approach combined with communication skills and enthusiasm Availability to travel
