PURPOSE:
Supports the QA Manager and/or the QA Officer in all aspects of the Company Quality Management System.The QA Assistant ensures the management of SOPs/ WIs and the archive process.ù

ACCONTABILITIES:

- Supports the QA Manager/Officer in the management of Company/ SOPs/ WIs, including management of SOPs/WIs periodic review
- Supports the QA Manager/Officer in managing and controlling the employee’s training process on SOPs
- Supports the QA Manager/Officer in planning and performing internal audits and preparing detailed reporting on the audit results
- Supports the QA Manager/Officer in managing client complaints documentation from receipt to closure
- Supports the QA Manager/Officer in overseeing deviation management documentation from the registration through the analysis, action definition and closure
- Manages the CAPA management documentation
- Supports the QA Manager/Officer and act as deputy archivist

Escalates emerging issues to the QA Manager/Officer

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND & KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences / Biomedical matters or Masters in Quality Systems

At least 6 months of experience in Quality Assurance
- English, Good
- GxP regulations
- Quality Management System
