About the Job

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Performance Analytics Head to lead performance management and business analytics for Opella Italy. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting strategic decision-making across commercial and customer teams.

You will act as a key advisor to the GM, transforming insights into actionable plans and helping shape the business agenda through expert analysis and strategic recommendations.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead performance management by mastering data sources and delivering actionable insights across market, financial, and operational dimensions.
- Drive business routines and meetings to assess company performance, identify gaps, and harmonize solutions into consolidated action plans.
- Foster a culture of growth and continuous improvement, supporting agile ways of working and change management.
- Develop tools and reports to track KPIs and ensure data accessibility, simplicity, and consistency.
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives and provide consulting support to the leadership team.
- Act as a business analytics expert, offering deep analysis and recommendations on strategic and operational challenges.
- Improve forecasting accuracy and support resource allocation decisions.
- Drive commercial and sales force excellence, including sizing, segmentation, targeting, and territory design.
- Define and track field force KPIs, bonus tools, and automation programs to enhance efficiency.

About You
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business or Science.
- Over 10 years in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare, with a background in commercial operations, finance, or business analytics.
- Strong project management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and strategic planning processes.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex data ecosystems and translating insights into business impact.
- Be proficient in data analysis tools and reporting systems (e.g., Excel, Power BI, CRM platforms).
- Collaborative approach with a track record of working effectively across commercial, marketing, and finance teams.
- Fluent in English; Italian fluency is a significant plus.
