Per il potenziamento della nostra struttura commerciale, siamo alla ricerca di un/una **Sales Specialist - Business Development** da inserire nel team Sales - Area sud

La risorsa contribuirà allo sviluppo del business supportando l’acquisizione di nuovi clienti e la crescita del portafoglio esistente, collaborando a stretto contatto con le funzioni operative per garantire soluzioni logistiche efficienti e di qualità.

**Requisiti Richiesti**
- Laurea, preferibilmente in ambito economico e/o STEM.
- **Esperienza di 2-4 anni** in ruoli commerciali o di business development nel settore logística, trasporti o distribuzione.
- Conoscenza dei processi logistici.
- Buone capacità comunicative e di negoziazione.
- Approccio analitico, precisione e orientamento al risultato.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e di interfacciarsi con funzioni operative.
- Buona dimestichezza con strumenti digitali e CRM.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

**Mansioni**
- Supporterai le attività di sviluppo commerciale nel settore della distribuzione alimentare.
- Individuerai nuove opportunità di business e potenziali clienti.
- Parteciperai alla gestione delle trattative commerciali e alla preparazione di offerte e quotazioni.
- Analizzerai le esigenze logistiche dei clienti (volumi, frequenze, SLA, tipologia di servizio).
- Collaborerai con i team Operations e Pianificazione per assicurare la corretta esecuzione dei servizi venduti.
- Monitorerai l’andamento dei clienti assegnati in termini di fatturato e marginalità.
- Aggiornerai il CRM e predisporrai report a supporto delle decisioni commerciali.

Retribuzione: €23.316,00 - €72.625,71 all'anno
