We are looking for a sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and implementing the sales plan for market under the jurisdiction, in agreement with the superior
- Responsibility for monitoring the operational part of the work: orders, deliveries, billing, resolving customer complaints and cooperation with the respective organizational units within Sales and Logistics organization
- Negotiating with customers and finding optimal solutions in terms of organizing the logistics in cooperation with the Logistics department
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
- Expanding customer base and sales contracting in the area of responsibility in accordance with the company commercial policy
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, daily communication with new and existing customers and presentation of company products
- Resolving customers' complaints in accordance with ISO procedures, daily communication with customers, Sales and logistics organization
- Regular visits to customers and points of sale, reporting and monitoring the condition of CROMARIS products and competition status on the shelves
- Implementation of marketing activities and, when necessary, distribution of marketing materials
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics and making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation

**Requirements and skills**:

- Advanced French is a must
- Fluent in English
- At least three years of experience in sales
- Excellent interpersonal, customer orientation and communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Driving licence

**Location: Italian headquarter - Treviso**

**Business trips: Treviso - France**

**Annual salary (gross): 40.000 €**

**Bonus opportunity (gross): 7.000 €**

Pay: From €40,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Treviso, Veneto: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

Willingness to travel:
