**What you will be doing**
By building and maintaining fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans, you will be one of the key stakeholders responsible for improving people's satisfaction and the whole company's productivity.
In particular, you will take care of:
- Design and update compensation packages and guidelines reflecting our culture and based on our strategy
- Design effective communications, such as distinctive offers and impactful benefit guides
- Conduct regular external benchmarking of salaries and the various reward elements to ensure competitiveness
- Take ownership of the reward processes including payroll, salary review, job grading, out-of-cycle changes, etc.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes when it comes to comp & ben
- Ensure that compensation and benefits schemes are compliant with current laws and regulations of the specific countries they are implemented in.
- Conduct periodic analyses and build reports in order to always make the best use of data for key decision-making.
- Identify, liaising with leaders in the company and the other stakeholders in the HR team, what is on top of everyone's mind in terms of motivation and engagement to always ensure our rewarding schemes are at the cutting edge of the industry and people's needs
- Manage, implement and actively participate in the design of employee stock option plans

- _Previous working experience in HR Administration/People OPS with a specific focus on building compensation packages and remuneration programs for various departments and seniority levels_
- _Familiarity with employment rules and regulations in different EU countries_
- _Experience selecting and managing 3rd party benefit providers at an international scale_
- _A “start before you need” approach to work combined with a great analytical mindset and skills_
- _Strong communication skills and ability to deliver clear and precise explanations when dealing with complex remuneration/tax matters_
- _Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll software, equity management tools, etc_
- _Previous experience in Employee Equity Management (ESOP, RSU, Phantom Stocks, etc) together with familiarity with unconventional Comp & Ben schemes, will be considered a strong plus_
**Logistic & Salary**
You will be based in Milan. Business Trips may occur.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
Stock options plan available, with monthly vesting, starting after the trial period.
