Export and Import Operations

As an Export and Import Operations, you will report to the Logistic Manager CEMTA **Responsibilities** - Manage workload and staff resource to meet customer service and operational requirements - Manage daily Export & Import activities - Primary customer service contact for all export outside EU - Manage all financial aspects related to export - Primary customer services contact, including complaint management - Manage orders including forecast management and flow through the warehouse to agreed lead times - Prepare all of their documentation & collaborate with transport contractors - Ensure compliance with all areas including Customs, PPG regulations, Country specific legislation, Purchasing & EHS **Qualifications** - Knowledge of export documentation and customs requirements with attention to detail. - 2 years of experience in transport planning or freight forwarding functions - Proficient English Benefits include private health insurance, pension fund **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
