Logistic Operations Manager

Notino received this recognition in 2013 and 2014, as well as being nominated in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50’s “Big 5” category. **Posizione**: **What will be your overall responsibility?** - Managing the warehouse and related distribution of products in accordance with the company's policy and vision. - Monitoring of the check-in, warehousing, distribution, and overall warehouse operations. - Implementing innovations and improvements in logistics processes. - Leading your team and being responsible for its results and development. **More detailed areas of your responsibilities**: **Performance, quality, and productivity** - Managing order processing to meet delivery quality, productivity, and timeliness goals. - Supervision of daily warehouse operation, including space management, positioning and utilization of equipment, work procedures or operating requirements. - Performance management - ensuring productivity and efficiency (including implementation of key performance indicators measurement). **Cost and asset management** - Preparation of annual budget and planning expenses. - Management of expenses within the approved budget - controlling and implementing corrective action plans. - Stock size management, inventory management. - Warehouse maintenance - equipment inspection and ensuring repairs where needed. - Loss prevention - monitoring security procedures and protocols, cooperation with external security agency. - Data management via internal WMS and IS, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of required reports. **Leadership & Management** - Leading team towards achieving the goals. - Preparation of labor costs in cooperation with HR. - Ensuring the optimal number of employees (especially for the seasonal peaks). - Selection and recruitment of employees (in cooperation with HR). - Performance management - planning, monitoring and evaluation the KPIs, giving feedback and ensuring further development of direct reports. - Shifts planning and job allocation based on the current needs of the warehouse. **Legal area** - Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements for stock, handling and transport of goods. - Ensuring health and safety work environment, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures (where necessary leading cooperation with external consultants). - SOPs preparation and implementation. - Keep track of current and new local legislation. **Requisiti**: **Job requirements**: - Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years. - Knowledge of warehouse, logistics, supply chain and related processes. - Experience in management and leadership. - English at least at level C1, Italian language is a must. - Strong analytical thinking. - Advanced knowledge of Excel. - Ability to quickly adapt to new situations - our company is very dynamic and needs to be able to respond to changes every day. - Autonomy, responsibility and ability to work under pressure. - Willingness to travel (from time to time, you should come to Czech Republic). **Altre informazioni**: Tipo di contratto: indeterminato, giornata completa.
