Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Manager

The Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Manager reports to the Quality Director. The purpose of this position is to develop quality and hygiene standards and to guarantee compliance with the group’s integrated system and regulatory framework, leading continuous improvement projects, in accordance with company standards and procedures.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Supervises, coordinates, and supports the Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Team, managing priorities, eliminating bottlenecks and addressing critical issues
- Coordinates the implementation of procedures and standards according to the company strategy
- Identifies critical areas in quality processes and procedures, proposing and implementing improvements.
- Collaborates with the other departments to build and maintain a unique and integrated system of standards and procedures according to the company strategy
- Coordinates and supports the Quality Managers and teams globally providing training on quality assurance and continuous improvement aspects
- Offers advice and support on quality assurance and continuous improvement aspects to all internal stakeholders globally and locally
- Is responsible for monitoring the Plants quality performance and evaluates it through internal audits
- Proposes the introduction of tools and solutions to improve Plants quality performance, by ensuring knowledge sharing on troubleshooting and corrective actions within the Group.
- Supports and drives to the Global Continuous Improvement team in the opening of new departmental or interdepartmental projects to improve quality processes and procedures.
- Acts as a point of contact for the internal, and external stakeholder on the regulatory aspects.

**Technical Skills**:

- Excellent knowledge of ISO standards
- Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM)
- Good knowledge of lean manufacturing processes
- Good knowledge of Statistical Process Control and statistical analysis
- Good project management skills
- Excellent knowledge of English

**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Quality Assurance department of an FMCG multinational company
