Sales Development Representative

We’re looking to hire a full-time, remote **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** focusing on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification cadences/campaigns. We need someone who will connect Outliant with as many leads as possible and determine if they’re good customer fits, and will connect and learn about our businesses and needs.
**Seniority Level**: Entry to Mid Level
**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Develop comprehensive knowledge and consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects using provided account lists.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in the next steps.
- Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Build rapport with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
- Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
- Phone or video communication with prospects is not required.
**Requirements**:
- High school or University education
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
