**Job Description Summary**: This is a business-critical role requiring strong leadership, highly energetic person, with strong clear thinking and willingness to challenge the status quo.

Operations: Partner with global cross-functional stakeholders within the Gas Power-New Units Project Management organization to keep the Business Bowlers and Metrics updated ahead of the Monthly Operating reviews. Participate and contribute to the Business operating reviews, log actions and collaborate with corresponding action owners to keep a close track with an endeavor to drive on-time closure.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Create data framework, data sources, collection, automation and periodic update. Measure and understand process performance.
- Cooperatively coordinate metric bowlers (delivery, productivity, quality), reporting rhythm and updates.
- Help Global Projects organization to improve specific performance of some project execution
- Lead operating rhythms and drive reporting to senior management per the defined timelines.
- Lead communication and engagement on Lean adoption and implementation plans.
- Actively support the workgroups improving processes, including Process changes, implementation of standard work, data management, action tracker, Business operating reviews.
- This role will closely collaborate with the functions such as Sourcing, Manufacturing, Requisition Engineering and Logistics teams to drive continuous improvement avenues and KPI improvements

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 8 years of Experience in Project execution, Quality, Supply Chain or Services
- Significant experience in Operations, Services, Supply Chain, Project Execution or Quality
- Strong oral and written English skills

- Successful track record of deployment or process improvement initiatives
- Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication & influencing skills
- Experience in leading cross functional initiatives and/ or large global projects
- Strong analytical skills including management of KPIs and reporting experience.
- Experience in working with global and remote teams. Demonstrated horizontal leadership
- Strong track record of implementing and driving global process optimization, rigor, standardization, documentation and communication.
- Good understanding of key systems used by the project execution teams.
- Flexible attitude to adapt to different time zone
