As an XY POS Store Trainer, you will be responsible for hands-on training of sales associates on the XY Retail POS and Clienteling mobile app in different countries around the world. You should be comfortable with technology and easily able to learn new systems quickly. In addition, you should be comfortable with public speaking and delivering engaging training sessions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct on-site training for sales associates on XY Retail POS and Clienteling app
- Conduct training for partners on XY Retail POS and Clienteling app
- Create and deliver training materials in an engaging and effective manner
- Provide ongoing support to sales associates and partners and address any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with changes and updates to the XY Retail POS and Clienteling app
- Collaborate with the XY Retail engineering and product teams to identify areas for improvement and develop new training materials
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience working as a sales associate in a branded luxury store
- Hands-on experience using POS and store operations systems
- Fluency in English, and additional language skills in French, Italian, Spanish, German, Japanese, Mandarin, and Cantonese are valuable
- Comfortable with technology and apps, with a keen ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong public speaking skills and ability to deliver engaging training sessions
- Comfortable with frequent travel to different countries around the world

- Milano, Lombardia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
