Responsibilities : The Niche Field Trainer will support the Team within the following activities: • Deliver and coordinate training programs for Niche brands; • Coach Beauty Consultants and Beauty Advisors directly in-store, ensuring brand consistency and retail excellence; • Supporting in-store events and sales activities, building a strong partnership with customers.We'd love to meet you if you have Competences: Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess: - 2–3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in Beauty/Luxury; fragrance background (niche preferred) is a plus; - Trainer with a strong sales mindset; - Fluency in English - Spanish is a plus; - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; - Flexibility, proactivity, and willingness to travel extensively across Italy; - Proficiency in MS Office and interest in learning trends.
