Responsibilities : The Niche In Store specialist will support the Team within the following activities Manage and maintain store master data and the OMD system; oversee the opening and management of new POS and concessions in coordination with the Commercial team; Coordinate retail projects for Niche brands support to Opex management, liaising directly with HQ for approvals and execution; Implementation of Planograms and VM permanent / semi-permanent for each Prestige Lead management and analysis of the Prestige and Premium brand portfolio; Support commercial team on Rex tracking and reporting; Implement and promote Retail Excellence guidelines, ensuring full compliance across all retail environments in accordance with in store manager and marketing and bran team Manage external suppliers ensuring high-quality installations in line with brand standards and timing; Process Purchase Orders (PO) and handle CPS and material uploads in relevant systems; Support the preparation and follow-up of store visit plans and related guidelines; Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade, Marketing, and Training teams to support in-store activations.We'd love to meet you if you have Competences: Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Beauty and Luxury industry; Master's Degree or equivalent in Economics field; Fluency in English is a must, Spanish and French are a plus; Excellent analytical skills; Flexibility, proactivity and problem solving skills; Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; Attention to detail is a must; Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
