**Service Spare Parts Manager**:

In this position, you will be supervising the Spare parts TEAM cooperating with the Global Spare parts MOSE TEAM to develop all projects related to the spare parts upgrading via BOL (Business On Line ) system. You will help implement the service strategy and drive growth by focusing on spare parts supply guarantying the OTD and components quality. You will drive excellence through effective planning and resource allocation in accordance with processes, procedures and guidelines.

Service Sales Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage Spare Parts trough Business Online (BOL).
- Ensure that materials and components to feed service delivery are provided optimizing cost, stock and timing.
- Manage a team of professionals. Guide, motivate and develop subordinates.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders inside the organization (engineering, procurement, sales team, Scm..).
- Exceed customer expectations by understanding and anticipating current and potential needs.
- Effectively utilize available resources through proper planning and scheduling to meet delivery targets (e.g. OTD, response time, update of installed based data for BOL and ServIs Projects).
- Drive continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements in order to achieve service excellence in own area of responsibility.

**Your background**:

- Engineering Degree.
- At least 3 years of experience working in Electrical Motors business with good knowledge of motors and experience with customers.
- Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in service or project management, planning activities.
- Knowledge of SAP, Excel.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
