Do you have a significant experience (5/10 years) as Deputy Boutique Manager in Retail?
Are you team development and management oriented?
Are you client experience, services, and client omni-channel oriented?
Do you like working on human & business development topics?
Do you fluently speak Italian and English?

**What do we expect from you?**
You support the Boutique Manager in his duties by building customer loyalty and by leading/developing the sales team in order to optimize and increase turnover and ensure the profitability of the boutique. In the absence of the Boutique Manager, you are the relay and operational manager with the team.
On daily basis, you will be responsible for:
You participate to develop turnover, respect commercial practices, and the customer experience.
You will be in charge of the financial and administrative management of the store.
Supervision of stocks, inventories and after-sales operations and general stewardship
