We are seeking a talented **Spa Therapist** with a passion for wellness, a positive outlook, and exceptional communication skills to join our dedicated team.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Deliver a variety of therapeutic and aesthetic treatments, including massage, hot stone therapy, beauty facials, and nail services, tailored to our guests’ needs.
- Uphold impeccable luxury standards, creating a serene and comfortable environment for our esteemed guests.
- Maintain a pristine treatment space, including cleaning, sanitizing, and sterilizing all equipment and instruments before use.
- Offer expert guidance on wellness, sharing insights about treatments, massages, and products in an approachable and professional manner.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Qualifications: A recognized therapist diploma or equivalent qualification is essential.
- Treatment Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of facial and body treatments, with proficiency in delivering a wide range of services from the spa menu.
- Complementary Practices: Familiarity with yoga and meditation techniques is highly desirable, reflecting a well-rounded approach to wellness.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Italian is required, enabling seamless communication with an international clientele.
- Holistic Philosophy: A genuine belief in and practice of holistic beauty and healing principles.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect meaningfully with guests and colleagues.
- Client-Centric Approach: A strong focus on understanding and exceeding client needs, ensuring each guest leaves feeling rejuvenated and cared for.

**What We Offer**:
Contract: Seasonal full-time employment (June to November 2025).
Location: Situated in the enchanting countryside of Chiusdino, Siena.
