TeamSoft Servizi Professionali, società che vanta lunga esperienza in campo informatico, per completare il suo team di lavoro, cerca: **IT RECRUITER** La risorsa ideale è una/o brillante neolaureata/o o diplomata/o in materie umanistiche, con esperienza anche breve in attività di ricerca e selezione di personale (preferibilmente IT) e fortemente motivata/o ad un percorso di carriera nel settore delle risorse umane. Le attività previste dalla mansione saranno le seguenti: - Technical Recruiting; - Social & Digital Recruiting; - Screening CV; - Analisi fabbisogni del cliente; - Redazione delle Job Description; - Pubblicazione annunci su Job Board on line; - Pianificazione di azioni di reclutamento mirate; - Utilizzo di Software HR e ATS (Applicant Tracking System); - Supporto alle attività amministrative e di Back Office. Requisiti essenziali: - Precedente esperienza (anche breve) nel ruolo; - Dimestichezza con i principali pacchetti informatici; - Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali; - Predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali; - Orientamento al lavoro in team.
