**Il nostro cliente**:
Il nostro Partner è una boutique finanziaria di Private Equity, con l'obiettivo di trasformare le PMI italiane caratterizzate da buona redditività e chiare prospettive di sviluppo in realtà strutturate facendo leva su alcuni driver di sviluppo, quali il rafforzamento della struttura manageriale e organizzativa, specifici piani di investimento, avvio dell'espansione internazionale e implementazione di percorsi aggregativi.
**Ruolo**:
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Elaborare analisi finanziarie e di mercato (Es. panoramica dell'azienda e del settore, posizionamento di mercato, prospettive di crescita) per supportare il team di investimento nella valutazione delle opportunità;
- Predisporre Report, presentazioni e pacchetti informativi (anche per riunioni consiliari e investor relations);
- Aggiornare e Monitorare i database interni;
- Supportare il team di investimento nell'esecuzione dell'operazione e nei processi di business planning e budgeting;
- Monitorare le performance delle società in portafoglio.
La risorsa ideale è in possesso di una Laurea in discipline economiche, preferibilmente con votazione superiore al 105/110. Ha maturato esperienza in altre realtà di Private Equity, M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking o nel Transaction services. La risorsa ideale ha un'ottima padronanza di Excel al fine di produrre valutazioni aziendali usando modelli quantitativi e tecniche di DCF. Infine, è necessaria un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
**Cosa comprende l'offerta**:
L'offerta prevede un Contratto collettivo nazionale di lavoro a tempo indeterminato con un pacchetto economico commisurato all'esperienza nel ruolo.
