INTERNSHIP STUDENTS ADMINISTRATION

Lo/a stagista supporterà l’Unità Students Administration nelle attività amministrative con gli studenti (immatricolazione, pagamento delle rette, rimborsi dell’attività di tutoraggio, pagamento delle borse di studio).
- Supporto alla segreteria amministrativa front office per le attività di immatricolazione degli studenti italiani e stranieri;
- Supporto nella raccolta della documentazione, inserimento dei dati anagrafici e reddituali nel sistema gestionale e determinazione delle fasce di contribuzione
- Supporto nella verifica del corretto processo di attivazione del finanziamento
- Invio solleciti di pagamento

REQUISITI:
Diploma di ragioneria o equivalente o Laurea triennale.

Buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office;

Precedenti esperienze in ambito amministrativo e/o in attività di segreteria sono gradite;

Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese (livello B1);

Preciso/a, altamente motivato/a, con eccellenti doti organizzative e abilità nel gestire situazioni stressanti.

CONDIZIONI:
Stage Full Time della durata di 6 mesi

Rimborso di 700 euro mensili + buoni pasto
