**Activities**:

- Management of mechanics packaging and manufacturing department
- Management of shifts, workloads and critical issues
- Use of SAP PM to manage maintenance
- Control of the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities in compliance with GMP standards, company procedures and safety.
- Control of the functionality of the systems, of the correct use, of the conservation in efficiency and of the compliance with the safety regulations
- Management of correct communication within functions (production, quality, safety, engineering, etc.)
- Management of external suppliers
- Management of maintenance budget in collaboration to site engineering manager
- Document updates management SOPs, operating procedures/maintenance instructions

**Interactions and collaborations**:

- Collaborates with all corporate functions: production, quality, engineering, safety, etc.
- Collaborates in particular with the production manager to ensure production continuity and planned output, the functionality of the plants and packaging machines, the planning of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities.
- Collaborates with the site operational excellence function for the definition and implementation of improvement projects
- Collaborates with the site maintenance and engineering manager for the progress of the assigned department, the definition of the maintenance expenditure budget, the control of the costs of companies and suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- mechanical diploma or technical degree
- previous work experience of at least 10 years (good maintenance team management experience)
- knowledge of the Office suite, SAP PM
- Excellent team working skills and stress management
- Coming from the pharmaceutical or food sector
- Very good relationship skills
