Huntsman has a great opportunity for an experienced Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Malpensa to assist in one of our keysites in the Textile Effects division.

As the Supply Planner, you will:

- Manage finished goods inventory to optimize cost. The focus is to re-supply from multiple, domestic and international supply points including drop shipments and 3rd party vendors.
- Rebalance inventories between satellites.
- Arrange for repacks when necessary
- Create a close working relationship with Sales Team and establish ways of efficient and effective communication on business matters
- Manage the phase-in and phase-out of new or obsolete products respectively.
- Replenish the Hub and/or the satellite warehouses in a timely manner.
- Support achievement of OTIF level targets.
- Maintain the planning data in SAP.
- Maintain an adequate level of skills necessary to perform the job.
- Provide relevant information about demand changes to the supply point and maintain the data in SAP for the frozen period.

Skills & Experience Required:

- At least a Master’s degree in Economics/Financial/Mgmt Engineering and APICS basic with a minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role in inventory management, planning and distribution.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to successfully negotiate with stakeholders on various levels in the organization.
- Strong planning skills with an organized, process oriented and analytical approach to problems whilst ensuring strong time management.
- A strong can-do attitude with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
