In order to support the fast growing market for Remote, Digital and Electronic Signature, we are looking for a professional** COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST,** who will manage internal and external communications in line with group strategies reporting directly to group CEO.

**What will your responsibilities be?**
- Conceive and execute communication plans, including creative, technical and/or promotional material writing, presentations, blog posts, social media, events and videos
- Write and design the right content for the right audience, with the aim of simplifying complex messages
- Carry out and activate internal and external communication strategy, ensuring transparent, inclusive and engaging communication to all of our stakeholders
- Ensure integrated and effcient communication across different companies departments
- Create, design and produce content for projects and company campaigns.

**What are we looking for?**
- University Degree in relevant communication studies, marketing or similar
- Knowledge of the social media ecosystem (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube)
- 2-5 years of previous experience in a communication/ marketing / PR role
- Excellent communication skills, storytelling and editorial skills
- Writing and editing, using visual communication, experience with digital tools
- Fluent in English (oral and written), spanish and german.
- Positive and energetic attitude with highly creative, self-motivated personality
- willingness to travel in Europe
- Nice to have experience/knowledge of ISO 27001.
