Position Summary
Support the daily activities of the Shop Display Experience Dept. related to products’ launches and retail marketing projects with focus on projects coordination, logistics, and process. The logistic side of the Dept. has a key role for the successful implementation of all the activities of the Team, in addition to be a coordination point for other different divisions: Supply Chain, Head Quarter, Product Management, Warehouse & Order Desk. Excellent communication skills are mandatory considering the amount of interactions needed to achieve this role objectives.
Role and Responsibilities
- visibility on Samsung dedicated areas.
- Support Shop Display Manager in negotiation, creation and management of Samsung Branded Areas in-store (Mediaworld/Unieuro ) to create the best customer experience
- Support all the activities related to a product launch (shipments, relationship with suppliers, stock analysis, delivery timings )
- Monitor/track precisely all the samples delivered on the market for Shop Display purposes by using NERP software.
- Coordinate the maintenance activities with providing materials to agencies/clients when needed.
- Actively communicate with all stakeholder (internal/external) to ensure the best execution
- Manage new process to improve work flow and optimize team work
- Support all the activities related to VIP visits.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Master Degree, preferably with Supply Chain/ Engineer specialization.
Professional Background: n.a.
Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel required / SAP is a plus.
Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English.
Others: Analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
