AxL spa, Alti Profili, is looking for an experienced **MARKETING OPERATION OFFICER** Our client is one of the largest agrochemical company, with strong R&D focus both on conventional and biorational fields. **Operating in the agrobusiness in Europe, the Marketing Operation Officer will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts with a focus on the biorational products.** **Responsibilities** - Create, develop, budget, and lead the market tactics and activities to support the implementation of the portfolio and company strategy while ensuring the fit with the country specificities - Collect, structure, enhance the market intelligence from the field to support the development of the portfolio - Create, develop, implement a marketing excellence within the region to evaluate the effect of market activities like the customer events, field days, seminars, and trainings - Active contribution on the forecast accuracy by contributing to the LBE/SRP/MRP and S&OP processes - Active contribution on the portfolio strategy and the Go-to-market approach by providing analysis, creativity, and innovation from the market - Act as a link between the strategy and project management team, the commercial department, and the portfolio **Skills and experience** - **Agronomic Engineer, Vegetal Biology, Biochemestry or equivalent (Master’s degree In agronomy)** - Very quick learner with insatiable curiosity who is absolutely relentless when facing unfamiliar situations - Strong experience (>2 years) in crop marketing - Strong marketing knowledge and experience (including, but not limited to, segmentation, marketing concepts and promotion tools) - Strong project management skills - Good understanding of traditional and emerging communication channels, in particular applied to the agro-sector - Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges - Output and growth-focussed attitude - Strong organizational skills and attention to details - **Fluent English** - **Willingness to travel** - Tech-savvy (digital skills) - Ms Office **Location**: Milan **Type of contract**:permanent **Competitive salary pack and career development plan**:salary in line with your experience.
