Per azienda leader in ambito Fashion, siamo alla ricerca della figura di Chief Marketing Officer, con almeno 10 anni di esperienza D2C in contesti internazionali, preferibilmente HQ.

**Responsibilities**:
- Global Brand Positioning
- Selection of key markets
- Develop long term strategic brand planning
- Ensure global ADV assets roll out across Regions and Countries
- New Product Development
- Support global Consumer engagement team in developing guidelines and initiatives within all channels (on, off and e-commerce)
- deliver full communication platform for the brand
- Develop respective brand portfolio

**Experience Required**
- Minimum 10 years of Brand Marketing within international environments
- Experience in leading countries as Head of Marketing/Marketing Dir
- Strong Experience in people management
- International exposure is a must**
**Education**
- Master's Degree
- MBA in Marketing or Business
- Fluent in English and Italian**

- Dynamic and performance driven
- Long term team leadership experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
- Assertiveness
