We are hiring a
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
to lead and scale marketing for a high-growth D2C fashion ecommerce business with a bold presence across key international markets. This role owns growth, brand, and customer strategy end to end, with direct impact on revenue and long-term brand equity.

Key responsibilities:

· Own and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy across performance, brand, creative, and retention

· Drive sustainable revenue growth, optimizing CAC, LTV, and ROAS

· Develop customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies

· Build a strong, differentiated brand voice and positioning in a competitive fashion market

· Partner closely with Product, Ecommerce, and Operations to align launches, merchandising, and growth plans

· Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team and external partners

· Own marketing forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to leadership

Qualifications:

· Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

· 10+ years of marketing experience, with significant experience in D2C ecommerce

· Proven track record of scaling revenue for an ecommerce brand

· Proven experience managing and optimizing multi-million-dollar annual marketing budgets

· Excellent leadership and communication skills; experience in managing teams

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

· Experience working cross-functionally with other teams

· Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
