Ricerchiamo per ristorante in zona centro a Firenze, appartenente a solido gruppo di ristorazione tipica italiana attivo da più di 10 anni in Italia e all'estero

**Posizione**:
ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

La risorsa, riportando direttamente al Restaurant Manager, si occuperà di supervisionare e coordinare il personale di sala e bar, collaborando nel loro training e nella pianificazione dei turni. Supporterà inoltre il Direttore del Ristorante nella gestione economica del locale.

**Requisiti**:

- precedente esperienza di almeno due anni come Assistant Manager e/o Responsabile di Sala in ristoranti o catene di ristorazione
- capacità organizzative e di pianificazione
- attitudine al lavoro in team
- problem solving
- buone doti comunicative
- flessibilità oraria
- domicilio a Firenze o hinterland

**Altre informazioni**:
Si offre iniziale contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione finalizzato alla stabilizzazione in azienda.
