Cerchiamo uno/a **Chef junior** con forte motivazione alla crescita, capace di lavorare in modo sempre più **autonomo** e di **gestire la cucina nel turno serale**.

La figura ideale ha già una base técnica solida, è curiosa, organizzata e desiderosa di prendersi responsabilità, occupandosi in autonomia della preparazione, del servizio e della gestione operativa della cucina.

**Cosa farai**:

- Preparazione e servizio dei piatti durante il turno serale
- Gestione autonoma della cucina e delle tempistiche di servizio
- Cura della qualità, dell’ordine e del rispetto delle norme igienico-sanitarie
- Collaborazione con il team di sala e bar

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo
- Attitudine all’autonomia e al problem solving
- Voglia di crescere professionalmente in un contesto dinamico e creativo

**Orario di lavoro**:
Martedì - Sabato, dalle **17:00 alle 00:00**
