**RICERCA ASSISTANT MANAGER**
Stiamo per inaugurare **San House**, la nuova discoteca che ridefinirà la nightlife di Firenze, unendo musica, design e alta ospitalità in un’unica esperienza esclusiva.
Per rafforzare il nostro team di gestione, **cerchiamo un/a Assistant Manager** motivato/a e competente, pronto/a a contribuire al successo di un progetto ambizioso.
**RUOLO: ASSISTANT MANAGER**
Affiancherai la Direzione nella gestione operativa della struttura, supervisionando lo staff, garantendo il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e contribuendo a offrire agli ospiti un’esperienza impeccabile.
**Responsabilità principali**:
- Coordinamento del personale di sala e bar durante i turni
- Controllo delle operazioni giornaliere e gestione delle criticità
- Supporto nella pianificazione di eventi, turni e forniture
- Interazione con i clienti per garantire la massima soddisfazione
- Collaborazione con la Direzione per l’ottimizzazione dei processi
**Requisiti**:
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo (hospitality, ristorazione o nightlife)
- Leadership, problem solving e ottime capacità organizzative
- Presenza professionale, orientamento al cliente, proattività
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni serali/notturni, inclusi weekend e festivi
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
