Per il ristorante di FIRENZE siamo alla ricerca di un/a ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER.
**MANSIONI**:
Affiancare il Restaurant Manager nel gestire l’operatività di tutte le attività sala/banco bar/ cassa e pagamenti;
Supportare il Restaurant Manager nella gestione del personale e dei turni, nella predisposizione degli ordini di acquisto;
Supervisionare il corretto svolgimento del turno;
Supervisionare la gestione della squadra;
**REQUISITI**:
Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Assistant Store Manager (preferibile nel settore Ristorazione Commerciale);
Proattività ed energia;
Passione per il lavoro di squadra;
Cura della crescita del team e delle singole persone;
**INQUADRAMENTO E BENEFIT**:
Contratto a tempo determinato o contratto a tempo indeterminato a seconda del profilo scelto;
Retribuzione fissa (commisurata all’esperienza maturata e definita in fase di ultimo colloquio), sistema incentivante variabile al raggiungimento di obiettivi;
Formazione teorica e pratica retribuita nel locale scuola, prima dell’inserimento nel ristorante di destinazione;
