At The St. Regis Rome we are looking an Executive office trainee.

The trainee will support the activities of the Executive Office, assisting the Hotel Manager.

Below are some of the tasks that the trainee will perform:

- Collaborate in the process of developing welcome services reserved to our clients;
- Assist and coordinate different departments of the hotel in the production of printed material related to the promotion of new initiatives among hotel guests;
- Take care of and communicate to all departments of the hotel the periodic reports on the measurement of the level of quality of service;
- Online monitoring of the various reviews published on the hotel.

Mandatory: excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian.
