Within the team, in support of the Marketing Manager, the resource will be responsible for the following activities: - Support the development and implementation of consumer marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty; - Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify trends, needs, and product opportunities; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (trade marketing, digital, product) to ensure message consistency across all touchpoints; - Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers for creative production, media planning, and printing. - **Requirements**- Creative and innovative mindset; - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; - Excellent organizational and time management abilities; - Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills; - Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Canva is a plus; - Proficiency in written and spoken English.- - ** What do we offer?**- A training experience with a comprehensive view of marketing. - A dynamic environment where you can make a difference. - The opportunity to work on concrete projects with both internal and international teams.
