The Role:
As the HOKA Assistant Online Trader, you will play a crucial role in supporting the online trading team to drive sales and optimize the online customer experience across EMEA. You will assist in the execution of the online trading strategy for HOKA EMEA sites, ensuring that they are performing at its best and meeting the needs of our customers. This role will focus on growing HOKA in the Italian market.

Your Impact:

- Assist in the development and execution of online trading strategies to drive sales and conversion rates
- Monitor website performance and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the HOKA marketing and brand teams across regions to ensure promotional activities are effectively executed online
- Support the management of product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimisation for search engines
- Assist in the planning and execution of online merchandising strategies
- Provide regular reports on online trading performance and key metrics
- Provide other commercial reporting including stock turnover and slow-moving stock, and ensuring the business has clear, regular visibility of performance
- Work closely with the customer service team to address any online-related issues and improve the customer experience
