**What you’ll do on a day to day basis**:

- Manage team of two people : day-to-day tasks, development, objectives
- Lead the operations both at our small Milano & 3PL (external provider) location, 40kms from there
- Coordinate and implement warehouse & transportation programs & activities
- Control flow of materials and or/products to ensure arrival according to schedule and specifications to maximize efficiency
- Work with field support and customer service to ensure customer requirements are met - deal with complaints if necessary

**What you’ll need to be successful at Avantor**:

- Degree & experience related to warehouse/logistic operations, including team-management experience
- Fully proficient in Local and English language
- Knowledge of SAP would be a strong plus
- Qualities such as team-management, collaboration, challenges & solutions-oriented
- Good communication skills, both for teamwork & customer relationship.
