**Job Description**:
**POSITION OVERVIEW**

The HR Coordinator will be a key support for staff, ensuring smooth administration and personnel management. The aim is to create an engaging environment where every employee feels valued and supported.
- Reporting directly to the HR Director, the person in this role will take care also of L&D activities as well as recruitment and employees’ relations tasks.
- The position will be based in Aman Venice.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support in recruiting, onboarding and daily HR functions
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for all employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
- Support in the administrative daily activities ensuring compliance with Company policies and labour regulations
- Coordinate the annual training program for Aman Venice Staff
- Organize and implement activities for the employees’ daily engagement.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience in the Human Resources and hospitality sector is preferred but not compulsory.
- Proficiency in Italian and English is required
- Excellent communication skills.
