**Scopo della posizione**

Supportare le attività di pianificazione, implementazione ed esecuzione di eventi di Brand e di Gruppo world wide curandone gli aspetti logistici, organizzativi e di comunicazione dell'immagine coordinata.

**Attività**
- Supportare le attività di ricerca delle possibili locations per gli eventi in Italia e all’estero, effettuare site inspections e redigere analisi comparative.
- Supportare le attività contatto con i vari fornitori di beni e servizi per gli eventi e monitorare le loro situazioni contabili.
- Supportare l’organizzazione e pianificazione degli eventi nei cantieri Ferretti Group in collaborazione con Brand Communications.
- Supporta le attività di comunicazione interna delle schedule e degli aspetti logistici degli eventi gestiti.
- Supportare le attività amministrative (inserimento RDA e ODV), preventivi e fatture.
