ELITE - INTERNSHIP, EVENTS MANAGEMENT

Borsa Italiana, the company that connects private companies with diverse sources of capital to drive their growth, provides an internship opportunity in Elite within the
_Product Management Team_.

Elite SpA is an international business supporting the excellence of small-medium businesses in Europe and it is part of Borsa Italiana spa, the company responsible for the organization and management of Italian financial markets. The company provides an internship opportunity providing training and networking in an dynamic environment.

Workplace: Milan, Piazza degli Affari 6

Key Responsibilities
- planning and managing the calendar of events
- send out of all logistic information to events’ guests
- provide partners and speakers with all required data about guests
- database maintenance
- update team with all events’ info
- follow-ups to guests, speakers and colleagues
- involving suppliers for the event (catering, hostess, location, etc...)
- constant liaison with the Marketing Team and all other department
- Degree in Communications, Marketing or Events Management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team working attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered as a plus
