**Who are we looking for?**
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Junior Customer Care Representative to join our menswear brand, known for its strong online presence. As a Junior Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining our brand reputation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and effective customer support through various digital channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized assistance to our valued customers. A digital background is essential for this role to thrive in our online environment.
**What will be your responsabilities?**
- Assist customers in navigating our website, placing orders, and providing product information and recommendations.
- Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Monitor and manage online reviews, feedback, and social media comments, addressing them promptly and ensuring a positive brand image.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including order details, preferences, and interactions, utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Identify patterns or trends in customer inquiries and issues and provide feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
**What do we expect from you?**
- High school diploma or equivalent. Some college education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer care role, preferably in an online/digital environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in French and Spanish would be considered a plus..
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective resolutions for customers.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
