L'azienda, che opera da oltre 30 anni nel mercato Oil&Gas in ambito internazionale, è specializzata nella commercializzazione di componentistica meccanico strumentale e di equipment statici per il settore dell’Oil&Gas, nonché nella fornitura di impianti per il trattamento gas chiavi in mano di piccole dimensioni.
- Eseguire il review degli ordini clienti e fornitori, verificarne i termini contrattuali e procedere con la loro registrazione
- Comunicare con i fornitori per monitorare lo svolgimento delle commesse e raccogliere la documentazione prevista contrattualmente
- Interfacciarsi con il Project Manager per la gestione di eventuali ritardi sullo svolgimento delle commesse
- Collaborare con i fornitori per risolvere eventuali problemi, sia relativi alla consegna che di tipo amministrativo, che potessero interferire con i tempi di consegna
- Collaborare con tutte le business unit per il successo dei progetti, evidenziando tutte le possibili criticità
- aggiornare la valutazione dei fornitori con lo scopo di garantire che la fornitura venga affidata a fornitori affidabili
- Supportare l’organizzazione e la gestione delle attività per il corretto svolgimento degli ordini.

Richiesta conoscenza della **lingua inglese** (obbligatorio)

Offerta: Stage di 6 mesi finalizzato all'inserimento in azienda.

Esperienza:

- Pregressa esperienza nelle vendite (opzionale)

Livello di istruzione:

- Diploma scuola superiore (Obbligatorio)
- Laurea triennale (Opzionale)

Lingua:

- inglese (Obbligatorio: ottimo livello parlato e scritto)

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi
