Sisal è alla ricerca per la propria sede di Milano un/una HR Development & Performance Trainee da inserire all’interno della Direzione Human Resources & Organizational Design.
La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Supportare il team nella gestione del processo di Performance Management annuale sia per la corporate italiana che le countries estere, in termini sia di deadline di processo, monitoraggio ed elaborazione della relativa reportistica;- Supportare il team nella gestione della HR Digital Platform Workday e nell'avanzamento delle richieste di supporto da parte di dipendenti e degli HR Business Partner;- Supportare la creazione di contenuti di comunicazione per il rispetto delle deadline e la corretta gestione del processo;- Supportare le attività di analisi dati e reportistiche rispetto a diverse tematiche quali generational analysis, women at business, corporate social responsibility etc.- Laurea in materie Umanistiche / Economiche/Giuridiche preferibilmente con conseguente master in ambito HR;- Spiccata attitudine all’analisi e all’utilizzo del pensiero laterale;- Propensione al lavoro in autonomia e al lavoro per obiettivi;- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritto che parlato;- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, Power Point..).
Completano il profilo eccellenti doti relazionali, spiccata proattività e grande entusiasmo.
