- Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana (parlato, ascolto, scrittura)
- Buona conoscenza dell’inglese
- Conoscenza degli applicativi MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook)
- Disponibilità al lavoro su turni anche notturni e nel fine settimana
- Buone capacità analitiche (capacità di identificare le cause alla radice dei problemi, prevedere i problemi esaminando i dati e i Key Performance Indicators)
- Esperienza in HR o diritto del lavoro o paghe/contributi
- Approccio proattivo e spiccato problem solving

Una parte fondamentale del lavoro consisterà nel supporto alla gestione di tematiche relative ai dipendenti all'interno del nostro fullfillment center. Come parte integrante del team HR, avrai l’opportunità di garantire la massima qualità nei servizi forniti ai nostri clienti interni,assicurando una rapida risposta alle domande dei nostri dipendenti ed una rapida risoluzione dei problemi, fornendo un eccellente supporto amministrativo. Role Responsibilities: - Supportare I dipendenti in merito a tematiche HR(richiesta di documentazione, richieste di supporto su questioni amministrative, time and attendance)), - Partecipare attivamente alla creazione di un ambiente di lavoro stimolante e motivante, anche attraverso il supporto ai Fun events - Assicurare la corretta esecuzione delle tematiche amministrative, inclusa la gestione presenze - Partecipare alla raccolta dei dati per la produzione di KPI’s e di reportistica utile all’HR team e al team Operations Collect and input data, provide metrics through reports to the HR and Operations leaders - Supportare iniziative di recruitment interno e new hire orientation
