For a prestigious industrial multinational Group, leader in his sector, we are looking for:
**PROGRAM MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBLE**

**Main responsibilities and activities**
- Project Management methodology:_
- Design, certify and ensure the cascading of: standard & practices, methods, KPIs for the Project Management processes, in full alignment with Corporate standards and practices
- Establish Program Management knowledge management process and best practices/ lesson learned sharing
- Contribute to the spread of the new methodology for target cost/profit, impact on financial/ business topics (feasibility, PRM, investment)
- Customer strategical Relationship and Company competitiveness:_
- Identify and develop customer opportunities (promoting to customer, benchmarking sales price by region, product and competitor's information and strategy) in terms of business prospects that will contribute to the organization, on a global perspective, and the mid and long-term goals
- Support all BUs to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization, by actively participating in the business acquisition decision-taking process
- Engage the stakeholders at Group organizations and at the Customers’ and support when needed the finalization of relevant negotiations for key projects
- Projects Governance (deliverables, schedule, budget, reporting,..):_
- TIME: Monitor project schedule effectiveness (schedule, reporting,..) according to the Project Milestones' deliverables and to the ESC procedure
- COST: In close relation with BUs constantly maintain products portfolio in order to ensure competitiveness and efficiency - Support the target cost / target profit achievement
- PROFITABILITY: Responsible for project profitability according with TEC guidelines. Approve the bottom price idea
- QUALITY: Guarantee the Quality KPI/target achievement according to the project plan
- Project Team Rightsizing and effective resources allocation, PM skill management across the organizations:_
- Assign the project targets (SMART) and clear accountabilities among the team ensuring all team members understand their role and responsibilities
- Contribute to the project team rightsizing and workload for an effective resources allocation
- Program Management Policies & Compliance:_
- Perform the Program Management activities in accordance with the Corporate Values (Foresight, Credibility and Collaboration) and the Code of Conduct.

**Main requirements**
- Engineering degree or similar
- At last 10 years of experience in a similar role in a structured and multinational context of the Automotive, Industrial or Appliance sector
- Exceptional influencing and team development skills
- Proficient in Project Management Software
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams
- Certification in Project Management is highly preferred
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on issues encountered during project delivery and devise course correction and ‘get to green’ plans
- Inspire others, creates vision and strategy, energizes others
- Fluent in English
- Strong autonomy, proactivity, flexibility and determination in achieving objectives
- Stress resistance, aptitude for teamwork and team involvement, good interpersonal and leadership skills
